Registering for Services and Requesting a Ride


Amblicab now has new client and ride request forms online

We will call or email to follow up on your registration or ride request within 1 business day.



You may also request a ride by calling us at (719) 633-4677

Our reservationist takes calls 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday through Friday.

If you are currently registered with Amblicab, when you call have the following information ready:

  • Passenger name & phone number
  • Date of ride request
  • Pick up location
  • Drop off location and appointment/request time
  • Whether or not you need a return trip, and if so pick up time
  • Whether you need lift assistance, use a service animal, require oxygen, or have other special needs.

If our reservationist doesn't answer, please leave a message with the above information and someone will call you back within 1 business day.
